A graduate engineer/architect who earned international experience in the US after acquiring her degree as an architect in Germany. In 1994, after having worked on a wide variety of projects in architecture firms, she started her own business. Her interests were in concentrating on the development of premium projects. With Levi Strauss, Germany, Ingrid Gallion was responsible for the entire German store roll-out. With Fisher Development, in the later 90s, she took over the organization of the Düsseldorf headquarters. In 1999, she was promoted to the position of General Manager for Germany and, soon after, she was named Vice-President of European operations, eventually moving to the San Francisco headquarters as Executive Vice-President. In 2002 together with Dennis Goemann she co-founded id-construction.

A graduate engineer, completed his studies in Aachen, Germany. Having extensive experience working in trade-fair construction companies and textiles purchasing during his studies, Goemann has an impressive record of success, beginning in 1999 as Project Manager with Fisher Development. He was instrumental in the development of GAP stores in Germany. In addition, he was responsible for the national project management as well as for the international communication and controlling of pan-European projects.
